Mixed Berry Cobbler Recipe



  • 18oz Blackberries
  • 18oz Raspberries
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons of cornstarch
  • Pinch of salt


  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking soda
  • 1 stick of butter ( 8 tablespoons) cubed and frozen
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • ½ cup of cream

Mixed berry cobbler recipe


1. Preheat your oven to 400F. In a large mixing bowl combine the berries, sugar,
cornstarch, and a pinch of salt. Carefully stir to combine making sure you don’t
break apart too many berries.
2. Place the berry mixture into the De La Terre oval baking dish and set aside. In the bowl of a food processor combine the frozen butter, flour, baking soda and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Pulse the mixture until it looks sandy. Add the cream and pulse 4 more time so that the mixture just comes together.
3. Using a spoon dollop the batter onto the top of the berries and sprinkle each dollop with the remaining sugar. Place the baking dish on a sheet tray and bake the topping is golden brown, around an hour. Allow the dish to cool before serving.
